This package contains one authored Cell for a production LLM-serving service. It is not a deployment manifest and does not describe how infrastructure should be configured. It authors the execution contract: what the service must preserve, what evidence matters, what departures matter, what autonomous responses are authorized, and what must remain continuous while execution changes.

Why this Cell

LLM serving makes the execution problem concrete: latency-critical inference, cost-sensitive embeddings, GPU pressure, accelerator economics, RoCE health, checkpoint continuity, recovery, and decay must remain coherent together.

Why Celluster

The authored contract keeps execution meaning anchored while realization changes. Objectives, evidence, drift, Reflex behavior, continuity, policy, and resource relationships are presented as one living execution model.
